Agnes B. Kauth, 94, of Sarasota and Winton, Calif., passed away March 3, 2010, with son Clarence (Bink) Kauth and daughter Mary Jo Petersen at her side.
She is adoringly remembered by her son-in-law, Gary Petersen and her grandchildren Chrisie, Michael and Matthew Petersen (Jayne), Barbara Adamson (George Shepard), Debbie Dietz (Pepper), Jim Kauth (Rhonda) and Kathy Hettich (Donovan); and her great-grandchildren Sara, Andrew, Elizabeth, Phillip, Joseph, Delainey and Park.
Agnes was married for 49 years to Clarence J. Kauth Sr. (deceased).
She was a great cook, always making Bohemian dishes to satisfy her grandchildren. Agnes was an avid painter and author of "Life is Full of Smiles," a book she had published at 92. She was generous to all who knew her. Agnes was extremely devoted to her faith. She prayed the rosary daily. She will be deeply missed.
